Hello lovely client-to-be and welcome to a page where it’s all about me!

content writer sydney

If you’ve landed here, you want to find out whether I’m someone you can work with.

My name is Rashida Tayabali and I love to write. That’s my passion, what keeps me awake at night and what keeps me going 6+ years later.

My business stands for quality content, friendly and exceptional customer service, creative ideas and copy that you’ll love.

I provide 100% satisfaction guarantee to customers – if you don’t love the content straightaway, we’ll work on it together until you do!

I help businesses create copy that:

  • educates their audience and builds trust
  • communicates with their customers in a personal and engaging manner
  • gets you noticed

I bring:

  • a holistic view to content writing based on marketing experience from 6 different industries
  • a love for storytelling adding buckets of creativity to each work
  • a desire to help businesses shine in their world because as a small business owner I know how hard you work
  • passion for communicating health and wellness messages
  • an understanding of the market for those businesses selling to children and parents (I’m a mum of two!)
  • I love to create, share and generate awesome content ideas for clients
  • a desire to help businesses position themselves and connect to customers through creative, concise copy

You’re probably wondering how I got drafted into the writing business…

Looking back I should have seen it coming. As a child I wrote short stories. The essay/literature component of exams (I always ran out of paper!) was my favourite and by the time I was 12, had read every Women’s Weekly magazine and Mills & Boons my mum had (probably not appropriate for a 12 year old!).

As a 10 year old, I had my stories/letters/crosswords published in a children’s magazine and was hooked.

My writing journey…

I became a features writer by completing courses from the Australian Writers Centre while on maternity leave from my marketing job in 2011.

Since then, my stories have been published in Essential Kids & Baby, LifeStyle (SMH), fitness magazines and Women’s Agenda among others.

Professionally speaking…

I’m a member of this warm and wonderful team of copywriters across Australia so I’m constantly learning how to write stronger copy for clients. I also have a Bachelors in Marketing & Management from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia.

The clever copywriting school

I’m a graduate of this industry leading SEO course. I make SEO less scary for your business and make sure everything works well for Google and your website gets found.

When I’m not writing…

I’m reading a new book from my local library, negotiating with my 6 year old and 7 month old to give me just ‘two more minutes’, thinking of story ideas for editors and listening to podcasts.
